All volunteers should complete a Volunteer Sign-Off Form (see below) and Policy 701. Below is the link for this policy. Once completed, kindly submit the originals either personally or as an email attachment (not picture from the cellphones pls).

CRC (Vulnerable Sector)– Criminal Record Checks are REQUIRED only for any volunteer who will be left alone with the students. The original should be presented to the office, but we will only retain a photocopy for our files.
